We had the pleasure of welcoming the Basque Culinary Center employees in summer to celebrate their end-of-course party.
With the gastronomic proposal of Orioko Barra, we prepared the terrace and dining room of the Balea restaurant. There they enjoyed a cocktail standing on the terrace and then went to the dining room where they could taste our grilled monkfish, txuleton and the delicious homemade cheesecake.
At the end of the meal, we prepared the space for them to enjoy a party with DJ’s.
We had a great time!
